About Instalpunt
In short
Instalpunt is the spare-parts web shop of Hanvos Elektra Techniek B.V. in Alblasserdam near Rotterdam, part of the HanVos group that has worked in heating and electrical installation since 2002. We supply over 36,000 genuine parts from almost ninety brands to private and business customers throughout the EU.
Why an English site
Because a good part of our customers abroad are not Dutch, German or French speakers: expats in the Netherlands and Belgium, customers in Ireland, and businesses that simply prefer English. The shop itself is maintained in Dutch, but part numbers, prices and appliance series do not depend on language — and from this site the shop opens translated into English.
What we do abroad, and what we do not
- We ship spare parts to all 27 EU countries, and heavy appliances by pallet to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
- We look up the right part number if you send us a photo of the rating plate.
- We sell to private customers, not only to the trade.
- We do not install or service outside the Netherlands.
- We do not ship outside the EU — not to the UK, Switzerland or Norway.
- There is no collection point outside Alblasserdam.
