Which countries do you ship to?
All 27 EU member states. We do not ship outside the EU — so not to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.
How long does delivery take?
Stock items ordered on a working day before 16:00 CET leave the same day with PostNL and are handed to the national carrier at the border. Belgium and Luxembourg two to three working days, Germany and France three to five, Ireland and the rest of the EU four to seven. For order-on-demand items the expected lead time is shown on the product page before you buy.
Do you deliver boilers, radiators or batteries abroad?
Items over 23 kg go by pallet to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with a delivery appointment. For other countries we quote pallet transport case by case — send us the item and your postcode.
Which VAT do I pay?
At checkout we charge the VAT rate of the country you ship to (for example 19% for Germany, 20% for France, 21% for Belgium and the Netherlands). The catalogue on instalpunt.nl first shows the Dutch price with 21%, so in countries with a lower rate the final amount at checkout is lower. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number can contact us for an intra-community supply without VAT.
How can I pay?
Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay and Google Pay, iDEAL for the Netherlands and Bancontact or KBC for Belgium. All payments run through Mollie.
Can I return a part?
As an EU consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw after receiving the goods; return shipping is at your cost. The full text and the model withdrawal form are on the returns page. Order-on-demand items are ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer, so please double-check your appliance designation before ordering.
