Access data (server logs)

When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically processes information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (operation and security of the website). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest. Hosting provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany; servers are located in Germany.

Cookies and analytics (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to this site (pages viewed, referral source, device type) and to see which pages lead to the shop. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookies are set. If you accept, the cookies _ga and _ga_* are set for a maximum of 13 months. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the national rules implementing Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive). Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as processor; a transfer to the United States is possible under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses; Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Event data is kept for 2 months, user-level data for a maximum of 14 months. No advertising cookies are used.

Fonts

Fonts and images are served from our own servers; no connection is made to Google Fonts or comparable services.

Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details to handle your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). E-mails are processed in Microsoft 365 and deleted once the request is closed, at the latest after two years, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Links to the shop

Links on this site lead to the shop instalpunt.nl. The shop’s privacy policy applies there, including the processing of order and payment data.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Contact info@instalpunt.nl.
