What an installer should do
Gas-carrying parts and safety devices are for a qualified installer. You can still order and have the part ready — one trip fewer for the installer, less waiting for you.
Search by manufacturer part number
The shortest route is not the brand but the number. If it is on the old part, in your service report or on your installer’s quote, type it into the catalogue. Part numbers do not depend on language or brand name: whether your appliance says Glow-worm and our item says Vaillant makes no difference if the number matches.
Frequently asked questions
Can I replace parts myself?
Non-gas parts, yes: filters, anodes, thermostats, condensate traps, gauges, expansion vessels and gaskets. Work on gas-carrying parts — gas valve, burner, electrode, heat exchanger, flue — is for a qualified installer in every EU country, and in most it is a legal requirement.
Do you sell to private customers?
Yes. That is the difference with the trade wholesalers, who normally require an installer account. With us, price and stock are shown openly and you order without a trade registration.
How do I find the right part number?
Three routes: the manufacturer number on the old part, brand then series in the catalogue, or a photo of the rating plate e-mailed to info@instalpunt.nl.
