Why an English site

Because a good part of our customers abroad are not Dutch, German or French speakers: expats in the Netherlands and Belgium, customers in Ireland, and businesses that simply prefer English. The shop itself is maintained in Dutch, but part numbers, prices and appliance series do not depend on language — and from this site the shop opens translated into English.

What we do abroad, and what we do not

• We ship spare parts and small items by PostNL parcel across the EU, including electric heating up to 32 kg.
• We look up the right part number if you send us a photo of the rating plate.
• We sell to private customers, not only to the trade.

• We do not install or service outside the Netherlands.
• We do not ship complete appliances to EU countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium: no boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, radiators, split air conditioners or home batteries.
• We do not ship outside the EU — not to the UK, Switzerland or Norway.
• There is no collection point outside Alblasserdam.
