This is the catalogue sorted by component rather than by brand: heat exchangers, fans, gas valves, sensors, pumps, PCBs and some twenty other part types, each with manufacturer number, price and stock. Pick the type, then narrow down to your brand and model; or skip all that and type the number from the old part. To EU countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium we only ship what can go by parcel post: genuine spare parts and small items (thermostats, taps, filters, sensors, pumps, circuit boards and the like), plus electric heating up to 32 kg. Complete appliances — central heating boilers, heat pumps, storage and heat pump water heaters, radiators, split air conditioners — and home batteries are currently not shipped there; compact kitchen water heaters are.
Abroad, a spare part often means a phone call to the installer, a quote and a wait. If you already know what has failed — or your engineer has told you — you can see the price and order it here, and have it waiting when the engineer comes.

Parts for your heating engineer
Gas-carrying parts and safety devices: order them yourself if you like, but let a registered engineer fit them. Having the part on site saves a second visit.
The fastest route: the number on the old part
Look for it on a sticker or embossed on the part itself, in the engineer’s service report or on a quote. A manufacturer number is the same in every country and under every badge, so a Glow-worm part may well show up as Vaillant here, or a Worcester part as Bosch — same number, same part.
Frequently asked questions
Which of these parts am I allowed to fit myself?
That depends on your country, but the dividing line is much the same everywhere in the EU: filters, anodes, condensate traps, gauges, room thermostats, expansion vessels and seals are ordinary maintenance parts; the gas valve, burner, electrodes, heat exchanger and flue belong to a registered gas engineer. When in doubt, order the part and let your engineer fit it.
The old part has a number in another language on it. Will you recognise it?
Usually yes. Manufacturer part numbers are the same across Europe even when the label text is German, French or Italian. Type the number as printed, or e-mail a photo of the part and of the rating plate to info@instalpunt.nl.
Can you ship this to my country?
Spare parts and small items, yes, to every EU member state by PostNL parcel. Complete appliances, radiators and home batteries only go to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Full table on the shipping page.
