What we ship across the EU
To EU countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium we only ship what can go by parcel post: genuine spare parts and small items (thermostats, taps, filters, sensors, pumps, circuit boards and the like), plus electric heating up to 32 kg. Complete appliances — boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, radiators, split air conditioners — and home batteries are currently not shipped there.
You can always collect your order in person from our warehouse in Alblasserdam (the Netherlands); please let us know before you come.

Which countries do you ship to?
To the EU member states. Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Sweden €17.95 per order; the other EU countries €24.95. Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France have their own sites: instalpunt.nl, instalpunt.be, instalpunt.de and instalpunt.fr. We do not ship outside the EU — so not to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.

How long does delivery take?
Stock items ordered on a working day before 14:00 CET leave the same or the next working day by PostNL parcel. Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Sweden usually take three to five working days, the other EU countries four to seven. For order-on-demand items the expected lead time is shown on the product page before you buy.
Is there free shipping above a certain amount?
No. Shipping is a flat rate per order, whatever the order value.
Which VAT do I pay?
At checkout we charge the VAT rate of the EU country you ship to, under the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. The catalogue on instalpunt.nl first shows the Dutch price with 21%, so in countries with a lower rate the final amount at checkout is lower and in countries with a higher rate it is higher. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number can contact us for an intra-community supply without VAT.
How can I pay?
By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay or Klarna. All payments run through Mollie.
Can I return a part?
As an EU consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw after receiving the goods; return shipping is at your cost. The full text and the model withdrawal form are on the returns page. Order-on-demand items are ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer, so please double-check your appliance designation before ordering.
