Shipping across the EU
hansgrohe parts ship by PostNL parcel from our warehouse in Alblasserdam near Rotterdam (the Netherlands) across the EU. Shipping costs €9.95 per order to Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Sweden and €12.95 to the other EU countries, VAT included. Free delivery from €199. In-stock items usually arrive within 3–5 working days, made-to-order items within 5–7 working days (a longer wholesaler lead time is shown on the product page). You pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Pay by Bank or Klarna.
To EU countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium we only ship what can go by parcel post: genuine spare parts and small items (thermostats, taps, filters, sensors, pumps, circuit boards and the like), plus electric heating up to 32 kg. Complete appliances — central heating boilers, heat pumps, storage and heat pump water heaters, radiators, split air conditioners — and home batteries are currently not shipped there; compact kitchen water heaters are.
