Frequently asked questions
Do you ship home batteries to my country?
No. We do not ship home batteries outside the Netherlands and Belgium. You can order the Marstek Venus E Mini here and collect it in Alblasserdam (Netherlands); choose “Collect” at checkout.
Does the Mini work with my electricity meter?
The supplied P1 meter fits Dutch and Belgian smart meters with a P1 port. Smart meters in other countries usually have no P1 port; check with Marstek which energy meter suits your installation before you buy.
Do I need to register a home battery?
That depends on your country. In some countries a home battery must be registered with the grid operator. We do not handle this registration; please check the rules where you live.
