Warranty
All parts sold on Instalpunt.com are original spare parts supplied through the official technical distribution channel. You are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and, where applicable, by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Statutory guarantee
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. A defect that appears within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
Manufacturer’s warranty
Many manufacturers also give their own warranty. Its length depends on the product and the manufacturer:

Reporting a defect
If a part is defective during the warranty period, email info@instalpunt.nl or call +31 85 303 7272 (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 CET). Please give your order number and describe the fault; a photo of the part and of your appliance’s rating plate helps us. We handle the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
Conditions
- The part must have been fitted correctly and according to the manufacturer’s instructions; work on gas appliances must be done by a qualified engineer.
- The part must match the appliance type stated and have been used as intended.
- Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
Normal wear, incorrect fitting, wrong electrical connection, fouling, frost damage and lack of maintenance are generally not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
