Which water heaters do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Only compact kitchen water heaters (close-in, up to about 15 litres) that fit in a parcel of at most 32 kg. Storage water heaters of 80 litres or more and heat pump water heaters are not shipped abroad.
How many litres do I need at the kitchen sink?
For washing up and hot water at one kitchen tap, 5 to 10 litres is usually enough. A 5-litre unit heats up faster; a 10-litre unit lets you run hot water a little longer.
Can I install a kitchen water heater myself?
A close-in water heater is mounted under the sink and connected to the cold water supply with a safety valve or connection set, and plugged into an earthed socket. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations; if in doubt, ask an installer.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
In-stock items usually arrive within 3–5 working days, made-to-order items within 5–7 working days (a longer lead time is shown on the product page). Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days; shipping costs € 9.95 (AT, DK, IT, ES, SE) or € 12.95 to other EU countries, free from € 199.
