Frequently asked questions about this item

Which room is the Olimpia Splendid Caldo Pop A suitable for?

The Caldo Pop A is a 2000 W fan heater that heats rooms up to 60 m³. Rule of thumb: allow 30 to 40 W per m³ with normal insulation, i.e. about 57 m³ as main heating or more as supplementary heating.

What does it cost to heat with a 2000 W fan heater?

At full power, the Caldo Pop A uses 2 kWh per hour. The cost per hour is this consumption multiplied by your electricity price per kWh. Thanks to the thermostat, the appliance switches off automatically once the set temperature is reached, so actual consumption is lower.

Is it safe to leave a fan heater running unattended?

The Caldo Pop A has a safety thermostat against overheating. Keep at least 50 cm clear all round and never cover the appliance. For use in the bathroom, choose a model with protection rating IP21 or IP22.

How does it differ from the other Olimpia Splendid models?

A fan heater blows warm air directly into the room and is up to temperature within a minute. Compare all models on our Electric heating page, sorted by type and output.
