Wet or electric?
Wet underfloor heating (manifold + pipes) is more economical and pairs with a boiler or heat pump — suitable as the main heating for whole houses. Installation
Wet underfloor heating is laid by milling channels into the existing floor or by pouring a new screed over the pipes. Electric heating mats are laid directly in the tile adhesive.
